Refund Policy

Damaged Item & Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Resolution Process:

  • We reserve the right to first attempt to resolve the issue by replacing the damaged component or part, rather than accepting a full return.
  • If a replacement part is available, it will be shipped to you at no cost.
  • In many cases, this allows us to correct the issue quickly without the need to return the entire item.

If Repair Is Not Possible:

  • If we determine that the item cannot be reasonably repaired or corrected with replacement parts, we will:
    • Approve a return of the item, and
    • Initiate a shipping damage claim with the carrier

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging.
  • Do not discard packaging materials, as they may be required for the shipping claim.

Important Notes:

  • Failure to notify us within the required timeframe or failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
  • Unauthorized returns or chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay or void resolution.
